Each Tour Package Includes:

Professional Location Photography

We’ll meet you anywhere within a twenty mile radius* of Dayton, OH and capture the best possible images of the home using professional photography equipment.

Photo Post Processing

Professional imaging solutions like color-correction and wide-angle distortion correction ensure your photos stand out among the others.

Photo Titling

Each image or room can have a unique title or one-line description.

Tour Titling & Description

Each tour can have it’s own title (typically the address) as well as a detailed description about the home. This is where square footage, price, school district and other pertinent information can be displayed.

Tour Editing

Each tour is designed to move you progressively through the home, so we customize the various pans and zooms. You can also chose a custom background color for your tour window.

Tour Hosting

We host each tour on the Inspectour.com website and provide you with links to your tours. The package includes six months of hosting and you can purchase additional three-month blocks at only $20 each.

Tour Shuttle™

Different people move at different paces. The Tour Shuttle™ allows the user to customize the speed at which they move through the tour, allowing them to take their time, or speed through very rapidly.

Tour Navigation

Every tour provides the user with the ability to skip through the photos one at a time using the “Next” or “Previous” buttons. It's also easy to start or stop the tour by using the "Pause/Play" button.

My Notebook™

Every Inspectour Home Tour can be "notebooked" or saved, and recalled for later viewing, much like a favorite in a web browser. Clicking on the “My Notebook” button displays all of the previously saved homes and allows the user to add the current tour with personal ratings and annotations, or load and remove previously saved tours. Lists of notebooked tours can even be sorted by address, rating, or notes.

Map It

Each tour window is equipped with a revolutionary mapping features that interfaces seamlessly with Google maps. One click and the home is located, with the added option of generating driving directions from any address in the United States.

Music Track

Inspectour can provide your viewers with background music that truly enhances the perceived value of the home. Music tracks can be toggled off or on in the main tour window.

Contact Information

Every tour window comes standard with a separate area dedicated to realtor contact information, e.g. picture, phone number(s), active email and website links to personal or broker pages.

Information Update

Every tour hosted for six months is allowed two separate data changes. These can be anything from added descriptions, updated contact info or a relisting price on the home. Additional changes are charged at $10.00 each for the 6-month hosting period. Successive 3-month hosting periods are allowed one data change. Additional changes are also charged at $10.00 each for the 3-month hosting period.

Standard Package -(minus) Photography

A Standard Package with all the above features can be created using existing photographs taken by the realtor or a third party.

*All such photographs must fall with a range of acceptibility of quality (size, exposure, overall appearance, compression quality). Our intent is to maintain a certain level of quality with our product. All submitted photographs must also be the exclusive intellectual property of tour client (realtor, broker, etc.) or they must be submitted with proper release/copyright approval if they are owned by a third party.

OUT OF SERVICE RANGE: .45¢/mile + $10.00

Standard Package +(plus) Travel/Fee

An Inspectour Tour can be created from anywhere within a 20 mile radius of downtown Dayton for the Standard Package price. For real estate properties out of range an additional charge of .45¢ per travel mile and a fee of $10.00 will be added to the final price.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: $(itemized per project)

Data Modification ($15 ea.)

Updates or changes above and beyond those allowed in the Standard Package (see above) are $10.00 each.

Voice-over Narration ($50/$75)

You can further distinguish your tour from the rest by adding voice narration to describe those special features in detail as the tour is being viewed. You can choose to record your voice for an additional $50.00, or use one of our voice-over artists for that extra touch for an additional $75.00.

Enhanced Photo Retouching (per photo basis)

This generally would be an option in two cases: 1) You'd like to add special touches, like that wispy shaft of light falling across a room, atmospheric mood to a home theater or a more dramatic sky over the exterior. 2) If for reasons out of our control your pictures are not optimal (e.g. appearance of property at the time of visit, overall condition of property, improper environmental photographic conditions), we can retouch pictures to improve their appearance. However, in either case we will only perform retouches that would be considered "reasonably honest representations" that do not affect the sellable quantity of the home. For example, we can remove a dirty plate from a kitchen counter, but we cannot add, remove or alter structures like windows, walls or landscape.
